Place your longest foot on a paper.
Draw the outline by keeping the pen upright.
Measure the length from heel to longest toe.
To measure the ball and instep, wrap the measuring tape around them.

If we have your size in stock, we ship your shoes approximately in 3 business days. If we do not have your size in stock, we try to finish the orders in 10 to 15 business days according to our studio's availability.
All items ship from Ankara, Turkey and all items can be shipped anywhere you want.
We ship via registered Turkish Airmail.
Even it does not happen often, packages are occasionally delayed by customs, this is out of our control and we request that you factor this eventuality into the delivery time.

Return / Exchange Terms:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shoes, please contact us and avoid sending a product before contacting us. You have 10 days from the receipt date to return your order.
All shoes must be returned in unused, like-new, undamaged condition in their original box.
All shoes should be tried on a clean surface/ carpet.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged products.
All products will be inspected upon return.
Exchanges:
Shipping the products back will be at your expense.
The shipping back to you will be at my expense.
In case of an exchange, the alternative product will be sent to you when we receive the product you shipped back.
We refund your payment back only when we receive the product back.
Please always keep the tracking number when you send back a product and share the tracking number with us.
